Though currently each logistics corporation in strategic alliance of joint distribution has attained great degree of improvement in the efficiency of logistics resources (vehicles, human resources), Compared with famous logistics enterprises in globe or the most excellent logistics corporations in china, the efficiency of logistics resources (vehicles, human resources) yet has bigger performance gap. It has the following two reasons:First Union common stock-based distribution model is also a common set of delivery types, the use of a common type of this mode of delivery, only a "piggyback-type or carrying style", so there is no advantage to play a common distribution, the various interests of the entity only the sharing of resources on a local scale, so even if the same resource in the diffident enterprises,the cost of procurement of resources and the cost of accounting yet has great diffidence. Secondly, in strategic alliance of joint distribution, the sharing of resources between the logistics enterprises may lead to their own conflicts of interest, in the interests of the entity the supply and demand of logistics resources (vehicles, human resources) as well as the activity information of resources hasn't effective sharing mechanism, leading to efficiency of various logistics resources have not been effectively improved, remains low, and the supply and demand of resource still exists a serious disconnect. Based on activity-based costing (ABC) and performance baseline (PB) alliance structure the model of Pulled resource integration by demand and integration and optimization of logistics resources based on activity-based costing, and then to evaluate the performance of integrationThis core content and the results are as follows:Based on activity-based costing (ABC) and performance baseline (PB) alliance structure the model of Pulled resource integration by demand and integration and optimization of logistics resources(vehicles, human resources) based on activity-based costing, and then to evaluate the performance of integration.The innovation of this paper is that ABC and the PB will be introduced to the integration of logistics resources, and structure the model of Pulled resource integration by demand based on activity-based costing, and then to evaluate the performance of integration.
