China is a big manufacturing country so that packaging industry as a service manufacturing industry plays an important role for economic and social development.In order to speed up the transformation of packaging industry development and promote the process of building a powerful packaging country,we need to strengthen key technologies of high-end packaging equipment and develop modern logistics automatic packaging system.For example,we should develop network,intelligent,flexible complete sets of equipment,high-performance packaging manipulator,packaging robot and other intelligent equipment,as well as diversified,universal,multi-function integrated automatic packaging machinery.At present,with the establishment of the modern circulation mechanism in our country,logistics industry is developing very rapidly and the application of modern technology is becoming more and more popular.The pursuit of light,machine,electricity,for the integration of information technology,high efficiency of automatic logistics system has become the developing direction of the modern material industry.The construction of logistics distribution center realizes the high efficiency of logistics business and the effective reduction of logistics cost.However,there are still some links,have not been scientific,reasonable solution.Such as cigarette distribution center order package,for a long time,has been using heat shrink filmpackaging technology,which has high energy consumption and high cost and not environmental protection and other issues.Therefore,this paper designs multi-specification order package automatic packaging system based on unit material,which can improve the efficiency and intelligence level of order packaging,reduces the packing cost of order and promotes more energy saving and environmental protection of distribution center operation.In this paper,the automatic order packaging system is designed for the unit materials(such as smoke bars,boxes of tea,boxes of food,etc.),and has a strong generality.In addition,the order of each distribution center package includes a variety of forms,how to solve a packing machine to adapt to the different order package packing requirements,realize automatic matching of packing specification,having high application value.The automatic order packing system studied in this paper uses robot to complete the work of loading and unloading,which can realize the replacement of robot in key position,reduce the intensity of human labor,improve the efficiency of operation and reduce the cost and further improve the automation level of the distribution center.This paper designs the process flow of automatic packaging system,the layout design of the process plane,and solves the problem of automatic selection and matching of multi-specification order package.The automatic management system and simulation optimization of automatic packaging system for multi-specification unit material order package are realized.The system includes industrial robot,mechanical equipment,computer information system and electrical control system.The model of order packaging system is built,and the simulation analysis is carried out with AutoMod simulation software.Finally,3D virtual animation is generated.The facilities and equipment development of the automatic packaging system for multi-specification unit material order package mainly include the mechanical equipment and logistics facilities required by the automatic packaging system: the multi-specification automatic packing box library and the automatic matching system,automatic packing equipment,automatic conveying equipment and computer hardware and software systems.Research of this paper is expected to realize the design and simulation of the automatic packaging system for multi-specification unit material order package,and establish a real and efficient automatic order packaging system.
