Due to the continuous improvement of economic and the development of Internet technology,the scale of e-commerce transactions in China has been on the rise in recent years.The increasingly popular mobile payment and online shopping have fully aroused people's desire to consume that resulting in a huge order demand which is a huge test for the operation of the logistics industry.At the same time,the supply-side reform vigorously promoted the requirements to all walks of life,especially manufacturing enterprises for achieving "reducing costs,deleveraging,steady growth and restructuring." All of these need the logistics industry to change its past backward production and operation mode,improve the efficiency of picking and delivery operations and build an efficient commodity circulation mechanism.At present,large-scale logistics distribution centers generally adopt the random picking mechanism as the core control mode of order picking system.Considering that this mechanism can not cope with the demand of large quantities and diversified orders,the logistics enterprises urgently need to use more efficient picking control mechanism in order picking business.Therefore,this article focuses on the application of the new control mechanism in the field of logistics,especially order picking.Firstly,the order picking asymmetric threshold polling control mechanism was expatiated.Under the condition of setting the parameters of specific environment variables,the asymmetric threshold polling control system was modeled and analyzed.By the probability production function and embedded Markov chain,this study deduced the mean queue length and the mean waiting time of order picking asymmetric threshold polling control system based on the effective change and control of the first order and second order of system state parameters.In addition,unit order picking asymmetry threshold polling control mode and random control mode in system picking time were comparatively analyzed,we combined with the actual sample parameters and data extraction,gained the shortest time-consuming under different order structures and relatively applicable picking control mode.Finally,this paper reviewed the main contents of the research,summarizes the research results in last part.Combining with the requirements of the supply side structure reform under the new situation,it puts forward the view of the future research direction of the order picking ability of logistics enterprises.This paper studied the new control mechanism of the logistics picking system,applied asymmetric threshold polling to the design of unit material order picking system,and gained the important characteristic parameters of picking system,which is the core of this paper,and is also a great innovation.Another innovation is the systematic comparative analysis of asymmetric polling threshold control mode and random control mode in order picking time,which can gain the optimal order structure under the determination of picking system and the optimal picking system under the order structure determination.This provides a valuable reference for the logistics industry to explore the new picking control mechanism,which is more efficient in the order picking operation.
