As the pillar industry of the national economy,the rise and fall of the construction industry is closely related to the development of the national economy.In the first half of 2017,the gross output value of China's construction industry accounted for 1/4 of the gross domestic product.By the end of 2016,construction industry employees accounted for 6.5%of the total number of employed persons in the whole society.According to the total output value of the construction industry,the labor productivity is about 340 thousand yuan per person.The market of construction industry presents a trend of continuous growth.But with the deepening of China's market economic system reform,Chinese construction enterprises also expose many disadvantages in the fierce market competition.These problems restrict the construction industry's ability to adapt to the information economy era,and also affect the competitiveness of the construction industry to adapt to the market economy and the big global market.Employees and enterprises grow together,and it is easy to find problems or improvements in the enterprises.The creation and expression of employees' innovative thinking is the foundation for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness and maintain the momentum of continuous development.The construction of voice behavior is considered as the first step of enterprise innovation,only the staffs new thinking,innovative performance of successful expression and acceptance by enterprises,it can produce successful innovation.Psychological contract is the perception and understanding of the employees 'responsibility and obligation to the enterprise,and its content and structure are different because of its research object.This study selects employees from construction enterprises as research subjects,conducts research on employee's voice behavior,analyzes the influence of employees' characteristics.The research has the following results.Employees are more inclined promotive voice than prohibitive voice.Age and position have significant positive effects on all dimensions of voice behavior.The educational background has a significant positive impact on the promotive voice,and does not have a significant effect on the prohibitive voice.The developmental psychological contract has the most significant influence on promoting the constructive suggestions,followed by the normative and interpersonal psychological contract.For the prohibitive voice,developmental and normative psychological contract has a significant positive impact on interpersonal relationship,and interpersonal psychological contract has no obvious effect on speech act.This study selects employees from construction enterprises as research subjects,conducts research on employee's voice behavior,analyzes the influence of employees'characteristics,demographic variables and psychological contract dimensions on employee's voice behavior,enriches the research content of voice behavior.According to the results of the empirical study,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the construction enterprise employees ' voice behavior in three aspects,such as individual characteristics,psychological contract and the validity of the voice.It is hoped that it can help enterprises to establish effective communication mechanism and create a positive corporate culture of employees.
