Research On Optimizing Tax Service Of Dao Li District Of Harbin State Tax Bureau

China's tax service is still in the trial stage,the need to further learn from the successful experience of developed countries,tax service system to build,but also need to closely integrate the current status of domestic tax services,ongoing trial and innovation.In December 1993,the term “tax service” was officially put forward at the national tax reform conference.In July 1996,the taxation service was defined as an important duty of the tax authorities.At this point,tax services officially took to the stage of history.This article first elaborated the background and the significance of the tax service research,discussed the present domestic and foreign related research present situation,and briefly summarized this article research main content,the research method and the research characteristic.Then it introduces the current situation of tax service in Daoli District of Harbin City,and has made achievements and needs to fill the short board,and its research,put forward the existing problems.Then,it puts forward the idea of perfecting the taxation service of the National Taxation Bureau of Daoli District of Harbin.Through the research theory of this paper,we can strengthen the management level of tax service work and find out the reasons of output problem,so as to make the tax assessment of the actual problem,raise the level of tax payment service mechanism,and for the city of Harbin The tax bureau of the tax service work put forward a more effective way to implement,and strive for the Harbin City Road District State Tax Bureau out of a modest contribution.
