In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the structure of urban land use has been improved,the intensity of land use has been increasing,and the contradiction between supply and demand of land has been intensified day by day.Urban Land price is regarded as the value judgment criterion of land market operation and the lever of land supply and demand balance.It can not only reflect the changes of the land market,but also realize the adjustment of the land structure,promote the rational and effective utilization of the land resources;Urban land use structure changes due to market demand.The Urban land price and structure of urban land use and its internal relationship are of great significance,which can be used for the rational development of land price,the optimal layout of urban land,and the government to formulate reasonable land policy to provide the basis.This study is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China,“research on the law of differentiation of multi-scale urban land price”(2015~2018 years,number:41471090)? science and technology project of Hebei province(Soft Science)“Research on the spatial extent of center and peripheral city with multi-level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei”(15457630D)?Hebei Province Natural Science Fund Project,“regional land price system structure optimization and reasonable value domain research”(2015~2017 years,number:D2015205225)and Hebei Normal University doctoral fund project “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city land price coordinated development: spatial pattern,regional differences and impact mechanism”(2016~2018 years,number:L2016B14).Taking the municipal districts of 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,on the basis of calculating the land price index and the deviation degree of the land price,this paper discusses the reasonable degree of the urban land price,and takes the urban land use type as the evaluation index.The index of urban land use structure is calculated,and the rationality of urban land use structure is analyzed,and then based on the coupled coordination model of urban land price and land use structure,This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of coupling and coordination between urban land price and land use structure,and probes into the difference of influencing factors of coupling and coordination between them by using GWR model.The main results are as follows:(1)the spatial distribution of urban land price in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities is quite different,showing a decreasing trend of “taking Beijing as the center and Shijiazhuang as the secondary center”,and it can be concluded from the land price index that the cities with higher development degree and stronger comprehensive strength.The land price deviation degree in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the rationality of land price in Hebei Province is generally low.(2)On the whole,the rationality of urban land use structure in Beijing and Tianjin is the highest,followed by the cities of Hebei Province,showing that the rationality of urban land use structure in post-industrialization period and late industrialization period is highest,followed by the cities in the middle and late stage of industrialization,and the cities in the early stage of industrialization is lowest.From the perspective of land use types,the distribution of residential land,road and traffic facilities is more reasonable,and the difference in the proportion of land use among different cities is relatively small.The distribution of green land and square land is relatively small,the greening degree is low,but the difference of land use proportion among cities is large.In the future development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei areas,the proportion of residential land,green land and square land should be increased moderately.Reduce the proportion of industrial land.(3)In the urban land price and city land use structure coupling coordination,Beijing,Tianjin economic development better,higher coupling coordination;most of Hebei province and city economic development is weak,coupled with poor coordination.This indicates that the city coupling coordination and city development level there is a certain spatial response relationship.Therefore,we should strengthen the development of Beijing and Tianjin Hebei integration,drive city economic growth in Hebei,improve the land and city land use coupled coordination structure.(4)In terms of influencing factors of coupling and coordination between urban land price and land use structure,the basic coordinated area and the low-degree coordinated area are affected by the factors significantly,so the coupling and coordination of the city can be improved by adjusting the main influencing factors.However,the influence of the factors is weak in the area of high quality coordination,and the change of a certain influencing factor has little effect on the coupling and coordination of the city.No city is in a stage of severe maladjustment.The order of influencing factors on the coupling coordination between urban land price and land use structure is different,but economic development and scientific and technological factors are the main factors affecting the coupling and coordination of urban land price and land use structure.
