In recent years,with the continuous development of the global economy,the continuous updating of production technology,personalized,diversified consumer demand makes the market from the traditional relative stability becomes dynamic and changeable,the production mode also had to single process,Production gradually to the multi-process,multi-species,variable mass production changes.Due to the limitations of the equipment in the single workshop,the cooperation between the different workshops in the enterprise is becoming more and more frequent,and the cooperation plan and scheduling between the workshops are becoming more and more difficult.This presents a new challenge to the original parts scheduling method.At the same time,some enterprises on the subordinate workshop to implement self-management,self-financing management system,then these cells are rational,self-interest,each cell in considering the problem is the first from their own interests,their own goals,which competition for manufacturing resources inevitably creates a conflict of interest between them.Therefore,the original centralized scheduling has also been unable to meet the existing production model.The auction is a long-standing economic behavior in the history of mankind,and its real theory is that in the study of Vickrey in 1961,the auction was studied by game theory.Since then,through the joint efforts of many scholars,gradually formed a research system of auction theory.The theory of auction has the characteristics of reasonable allocation of resources,so the theory has been widely applied in various fields.The application of auction theory to production scheduling,the independent decision-making cells to form a distributed scheduling can be a good solution to the problem of centralized scheduling.As an important part of the National Natural Science Foundation of China——Theory and methods for optimal design and batch scheduling in hybrid assembly system of traditional production line and Seru(71420107028),this research project takes the cellular production scheduling problem as the research background,cellular production and auction theory based on the research results,the main focus on intercell scheduling optimization research methods,including intercell scheduling problem description,solution and auction theory in the production scheduling research,some important progress and results as followed:(1)Aiming at the problem of intercell scheduling under the self-managed profit-and-loss management mode,this paper studies the problem of inter-cell intercell scheduling by introducing the auction theory of economic theory in English and Chinese and proposes a suboptimal sub-heuristic algorithm Cells of cooperation between the efficiency and quality of cooperation,thereby enhancing the satisfaction of both scheduling programs;to maximize profits as the goal,the establishment of three stages of non-linear integer programming mathematical model,put forward based on English Auction intercell production Scheduling Method of Parts(EASM);By contrast with the centralized scheduling method to analyze both makespan and profit scheduling effects;by changing the two cells of the fare increase strategy and equipment costs over time By changing the parameter setting of the strategy of price increase,the concept of solution deviation is proposed,and the stability of the optimal solution and the worst solution under different parameter settings is verified by comparing the sensitivity of the three parameters to the algorithm.(2)Analyze the bidding decision of the initial auction price in the auction algorithm.Based on the sub-heuristic algorithm based on the British auction proposed in the previous chapter,this paper proposes a Sealed-bid Auction Scheduling Method(SASM)based on the Sealed-bid Auction with the abolition of the bidding strategy.Based on the public value auction model Considering the influence factors of the cell price of the processing equipment,the initial bidding price model was established.Considering the different situations of the same processing equipment,the difference of processing time and the number of products processed by each cell,the concept of auction turnover rate was introduced to analyze the different scenarios The sensitivity of the algorithm parameters to determine the decision-making of the various cells under different scenarios,for each cell to provide policy advice.
