Abstract/Summary:
With the development of technology, modern manufacturing industry is facing witha series of problems such as fast changing environment、unpredictable market and fiercecompetion. Production method has changed from single variety、 multi-batch tomulti-variety、 small batch, which requires manufacturing system to optimizeequipments、 productive technology and management idea. In this context,reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS) is born. Reconfigurable manufacturingmodel a new model which can adapt multi-variety、variable batch and deliver quickly. Ithas been a heart researching issue in manufacturing field.From the development of manufacturing technology, we can see that the relevantoperation management will be focused on when a new manufacturing model appears.Production scheduling is one of the important cycles of operation management. Onlysolving the production scheduling problem perfectly can we use resources effetely、make production plan reasonably、 improve customer satisfaction and strengthencompany competitiveness. Because of job shop scheduling is layered and productionscheduling of reconfigurable manufacturing cell is more complicated when adds toreconfiguration factor., So it is rather necessary to research the production schedulingof RMS.Subsequently, the characters of general job shop scheduling and reconfigurablemanufacturing cell are analyzed first. Reconfigurable manufacturing cell alwaysmanufactured products in part family. In order to optimize the process time of singlepart family and coordinate different parts family to finish meanwhile, a gradingscheduling model has been proposed in the text. And the idea of grading scheduling hasbeen stated. According to the model idea, the scheduling process is divided into threeparts: time decision-making(target layer)、distribution decision-making (part familyplanning layer)and path decision-making(parts planning layer). Time decision-making istaken as final optimization objective, time is resolved into distribution decision-makingand path decision-making, first the lower target is ensured optimal then the result isticked into upper layer and in final realize the whole scheduling to be most superiorthrough layers of optimization. Then a GA-ATC algorithm is proposed which uses ATCto solve the problem of layering structure and GA to search overall to solve schedulingproblem. In the end, process and steps are described and codes are edited. At last, the above research result is put into the practical production of a company.Take machining workshop of A company as a research object, three part families of itare chose to have a collaborative optimization scheduling. According to the fact todesign grading scheduling model and simulate with matlab. In the end simulation resultis analyzed to validate viability and effectiveness of GA-ATC algorithm.
