Research On Spillover Effect Of Producer Services On Manufacturing Industry

Financial crisis caused the global economic recession,overseas orders to foreign demand fall in the Chinese manufacturing industry and the economic downturn brought to the development of Chinese manufacturing industry,China's manufacturing industry also face challenges such as structure transformation and upgrading.Manufacturing in countries around the world has also struggled,while developed countries have come up with slogans to speed up the return of industrial manufacturing.The Chinese government has proposed a China 2025 plan to accelerate the shift to a manufacturing powerhouse that is trying to boost economic growth by redeveloping manufacturing.Whether the manufacturing industry can achieve benign development depends on producer services.In the northeast old industrial base of liaoning province,in the process of market-oriented reform,the drawbacks of economic development pattern gradually appeared.As a traditional manufacturing province,the big province gradually opened the gap with other provinces,and the impetus for the development of manufacturing industry was lacking.Manufacturing development in liaoning province around the important factor of the insufficient development of producer services,in terms of utilization of foreign capital,the degree of marketization development is unreasonable,affect its support for manufacturing.In this article,through exploring and differences on the impact of producer services on manufacturing industry of jiangsu province,liaoning province,in view of the liaoning province lags behind that of the productive service industry of jiangsu province are empirically econometric model,to explore how should make up behind industry in liaoning province.In the end,the comparison and analysis of the influence of producer services in the two provinces on the overall production services in liaoning province were found.It has certain reference value for liaoning manufacturing industry development,and also has some value for rich producer service industry and manufacturing industry association theory.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background,object,significance,method and framework.The second part briefly introduces the definition and classification of producer services and literature research on the impact of manufacturing industry,and makes a comment on relevant literatures in combination with its own understanding.The third part introduces the theoretical basis.The fourth part analyses the current situation of manufacturing and producer services in liaoning province and jiangsu province.Fifth part with structural decomposition model calculates the liaoning province and jiangsu province producer services to the spillover effects in manufacturing segment,found problems compared with jiangsu province which industries in liaoning province.Based on the econometric model analysis of producer services in jiangsu province and liaoning province,the differences between the two provinces are found.Based on the prominent industry in liaoning province,the econometric model is used to analyze the influence of the financial industry and the scientific research industry on the manufacturing development of liaoning province.Finally,the sixth part summarizes relevant conclusions and puts forward policy Suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn from this paper,and the spillover effect of the other industries in the producer service sector in liaoning province is higher than that in the wholesale and retail industry.Of scientific research and technology spillover effects and leasing business service industry service industry the fastest growing,but the liaoning province science and technology service industry spillover effects to the numerical values in jiangsu province is less than the same period,the gap is widening.There is no obvious change in the spillover effect of the financial industry in the two provinces,and the spillover effect of the spillover effect is relatively small.The spillover effects of traditional producer services such as transportation and transportation still account for the main overflow effect.Scientific research industry in liaoning province asset investment accounts for social assets investment proportion increase there were significant positive influence on development of manufacturing industry,the proportion of direct financing to improve to a certain extent,can promote the development of manufacturing industry.In the comparison between the two provinces,the utilization of foreign capital can positively influence the development of manufacturing industry.Jiangsu province is superior to liaoning province in the utilization of foreign capital to promote the development of manufacturing industry.The improvement of marketization degree in producer services sector is conducive to the development of manufacturing industry in a certain degree,and liaoning province is weaker than jiangsu province in the market of producer services.Innovation points and deficiencies in this paper,the productive service industry spillover effects on manufacturing research often use econometric model for regression analysis,the study on the development of the long term,ignore the spillover effects of the specific time point.Because the producer services has the characteristics of intermediate input,this paper,by using structural decomposition technique,the paper studies the spillover effects of certain point in time to make up for a long term study ignore the lack of short-term situation.Spillover effects in the study of liaoning province with jiangsu province first diff between industry,on the basis of industry difference measurement model was constructed,in view of the insufficient development of the industry in liaoning province was studied,using the comparative analysis method,is advantageous to the experiences in other regions for reference.The deficiency lies in the spillover effect calculated by the use of structural decomposition technology,which only reflects the spillover effect of the establishment year.In the analysis of the segmentation industry,only the financial industry and the scientific research industry which is more prominent in liaoning province when compared with jiangsu province.
