Research On Risk Management Of LTE Communication Engineering Project In SH Company

Communication projects generally have high investment,high-tech,high-quality and strict schedule requirements and other practical features,and such systems involve a wide range of higher risks and uncertainties.Our coverage area of 4G LTE is increasingly expanded,and the existing project risk management approach is difficult to reduce project costs and project risk,and even it is difficult to complete such projects more efficiently,which has become the hot issue of China's telecommunications industry and communications.Therefore,we need a scientific,practical risk management approach in communications engineering to identify and evaluate the project process issues,and provide a feasible method to provide a reference for companies,which is the main content of this paper.This paper describes the background,characteristics and construction processes of 4G LTE projects;Secondly,explains some of the problems in the project company SH actual operation,through risk management theory in risk identification,risk assessment and risk to deal with monitoring and other methods to analyze and research on risk factors,risk management theory attempts to be integrated into the next generation 4G LTE network construction,and combined with their own actual situation to guide and guard;And finally,the use of risk management theory include the research of problems that may arise be predicted by the risk management decision-making model,and then establish mechanisms and propose relevant measures to avoid such problems.This innovation combines the characteristics of a new generation 4G LTE network constructions,FAHP and calculation of risk index weight construction process of the project,and the construction unit of practical problems of a comprehensive analysis and assessment.Risk management philosophy should be made through the all aspects of the project from beginning to end,so as to more comprehensive and thorough communication project reflects the significance and value of risk management,to be able to provide a reference basis for the relevant enterprises and the whole industry to be able to make our 4G LTE network more efficient and healthy development.
