In today's era,corporate culture has increasingly become an important part of the company's core competitiveness.In China,there are numerous small businesses in the market and they play an important role in the national economy.Looking at the research in the field of corporate culture,there is still a lack of theoretical research on the practice of small-scale corporate culture management.Few scholars have focused on the ways in which small-scale enterprise leaders cultivate corporate culture.This paper uses case studies to explore important ways for small business leaders to foster corporate culture.This article uses Prof.Pan Shanlin's SPS case study method to collect relevant data from the target company Jiangsu Heisonglin Adhesive Factory Co.,Ltd.and conduct a case study.The specific steps include:First,determine the theoretical basis of this article,review and summarize the literature on cultural dissemination and nurturing related fields;second,introduce the criteria for the selection of case study objects in this paper,and explain the process of data collection and analysis.Third,describe the background and cultural development of black pine forest enterprises in a narrative manner.Fourth,from the point of view of employees' acceptance of culture,they are divided into three stages:cognition,identification,and internalization.Each stage is studied separately.The method of cultivating culture;Fifth,conduct case discussions and propose ways for small business leaders to cultivate corporate culture.At the stage of cultural awareness,leaders help employees recognize culture through demonstrations,slogans,internal publications,communication,and organizational learning.During the stage of cultural identity,leaders use storytelling(comics,role models,and internal publications),the identity of management and incentive mechanisms promotes cultural identity.In the cultural internalization stage,leaders achieve their cultural awareness through emotional experience(introspection,on-site meetings,experiential learning)and self-management.Finally,based on the research process,this paper proposes a model for small business leaders to nurture culture,and draws conclusions:1)leaders use the cognitive laws of employees and propose The cultural nurturing model;2)put forward the emotional experience as a key method of cultural cultivation.
