With the aging of population,Environmental pollution continues to increase,people’s health awareness is becoming stronger and stronger,coupled with macroeconomic policy support,industry supervision and guidance,with the help of economic restructuring and technological innovation and other factors,commercial health insurance has been rapid development in recent years.Although the overall development is still in the basic level,but in the face of the rapid development of population aging and the urgent task of building a well-off society in an all-round way,commercial health insurance has enormous room for improvement.Firstly,this paper uses the method of literature research to study and summarize the relevant literature of the health insurance industry and the development of health insurance marketing.The second chapter introduces the related theories in detail.Chapter 3 analyzes the market environment of commercial health insurance,in which PEST analysis and Porter’s five-force model are used to analyze the macro-environment and industry competition environment respectively.Chapter 4 consults the relevant data of other companies in the industry and uses comparative analysis method to analyze the marketing problems of company.The fifth chapter focuses on the marketing strategy of company,and the sixth chapter elaborates the relevant safeguard measures of marketing strategy.This article selects PA Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.as the object to conduct research,uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the specific situation of the industry competition,combines the company’s management status,adopts STP marketing strategy and 4P marketing strategy combination to analyze,and puts forward brand building,risk management and control,human resources strategy,and large number of improvements.According to ability and service marketing and other marketing implementation strategies.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the sustainable development of business health insurance in the whole industry.
