| In recent years,the development environment of commercial banks has changed profoundly.Financial science and technology have developed rapidly,such as big data,block chain,artificial intelligence and so on,innovation emerges in endlessly.In particular,internet technology has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives.It changes people’s consumption habit,changes the business model of commercial banks,also makes the original competition more fierce.The provincial central city is the core of regional economic development,also is the commercial bank core target,especially,it is the important profits’ source of commercial banks.Therefore,each commercial bank takes the provincial central city as its core of the business,puts into a large amount of resources.However,the choice of their business management model is not the same,even though a same commercial bank,there are enormous differences of the management model in different central cities.In order to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the provincial capital city business management,commercial banks have made a lot of attempts and exploration in the optimization of business management model.It has become a consensus to find the self-suitable business development model for its own central capital’s business running.This essay uses the method of case analysis,takes the current situation of provincial central city’s business management in A Bank Jiangxi Branch as starting point,based on the research and discussion,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the business management model.At the same time,combined with the four main business management models of current banking industry,and proposed countermeasures to optimize the provincial central city’s management.The specific optimization measures include the establishment of Nanchang regional management department,integration of the Nanchang regional management organizations,clarifying the management responsibilities of management departments,speeding up the centralized pace of management department,increasing the input of financial and human resources,improving the innovation of technology and products,and so on.The paper aims to provide specific guidance for solving the management problems,and for improving the management efficiency and market competitiveness in A Bank Jiangxi Branch’s central area,and also hopes to provide reference for the provincial capital city business management of other commercial banks in China. |
