In the era of Internet Plus,with the rapidly changing environment for financial institutions,Rural Credit Cooperatives of Jiangxi Provice(Hereinafter referred to as: RCC),in order to keep up with the rapid pace of development of the times,has proposed the concept of internet finance,network business transformation,and other development ideas,which result in adjustment in organizational structure adjustment,changes in the process of operations,and higher standards for staff performance appraisals.Performance management is an important concept in management.It refers to the process of assessing and managing staff’s performance,attitude and capability at work using performance appraisal methods and KPI,for the purpose of achiving profits and development for both the staff and the organization.With the rapid development of China’s commercial banks,the continuting improvment of IT technology provides an opportunity for development in the aspect of performance management for the new form of commercial banks [8].In order to meet the multi-dimensional,all-round assessment needs of institutions,bars,and employees,and to make the performance appraisal information system match the existing business,to make the organizational structure match internal operation and management,RCC is planning to create a comprehensive performance appraisal information system,To provide the basis for the implementation of performance appraisal for the organizers,to provide managers with the development of human resources policy navigation for employees to establish a reasonable performance pay system to achieve more productive,internal fair goals,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to improve staff’s sense of honor,sense of accomplishment and sense of responsibility to promote the healthy development of rural credit cooperatives personnel management,to achieve bank and employee mutual benefit and win-win.To design a performance appraisal system that meet the needs of the RCC staff assessment and business management,and to realize this system on the technological level is a mission that involve not only the process of reassembling and integrating the performance evaluation method and the personnel management system of the rural credit cooperatives,but it is also a bold attempt to assess information construction.After the construction of information system,it will greatly reduce the subjective factors in the performance appraisal,through the quantitative assessment to enhance the justice and fairness of assessment.It will be the catalyst for the development of business,which is not only conducive to the performance of rural credit cooperatives scientific,Standardization,information,but also for the financial industry performance assessment to provide practical reference.The paper will use the human resource management as the theoretical basis,apply the human resource management method to the real enterprise,and help the enterprise to standardize the staff salary management through the construction research of the rural credit cooperatives performance appraisal information system,which makes the enterprise develop from the rough development to the fine development Management transformation,to achieve the academic extension of human resources management. |
