Since the reform and opening up,China’s macroeconomic situation has changed, diversified development has gradually become the general trend of the financial market, and all kinds of new financial products and financial services emerge one after another. In addition,in recent years,China has continued to promote the marketization of interest rates and further relaxed the restrictions of foreign financial institutions, making more foreign capital flow into China’s financial market and bringing more and more advanced management models and concepts into China’s financial industry. For China’s banking financial institutions, this means that they will face dual competition at home and abroad.Under this background, rural credit cooperatives, which have served the rural market for a long time and significantly lagged behind large state-owned commercial banks in terms of personnel, scale and operation ability, must make changes if they want to maintain sustainable development in today’s highly competitive financial market. In this regard, rural credit cooperatives can form effective performance evaluation by building a new performance evaluation system,so as to better improve the overall strength, stabilize the market share and tap the development potential.Taking Q rural credit cooperative as the research object, based on the relevant theories of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard, this thesis analyzes the deficiencies of the current performance evaluation system of Q rural credit cooperative from multiple levels and angles, and finds that the cooperative pays attention to financial indicators, lacks communication and feedback mechanism, pursues short-term interests, and does not fully reflect the development strategy in the performance evaluation system,These problems have seriously curbed the sustainable development of Q rural credit cooperatives. In order to maintain the development momentum of the cooperative in the future, this thesis chooses to use the balanced scorecard method to optimize the performance evaluation system of Q rural credit cooperative, and redefine the performance evaluation system focusing on improving the evaluation method, optimizing the feedback system and strengthening link management,so as to achieve the goal of strengthening the internal management ability of the cooperative and improving the overall development level. The research results of this thesis can also be directly applied to rural credit cooperatives in other regions, which has strong results migration and replicability. To a certain extent,it can also provide reference for the optimization of performance evaluation system of other banks in the future. |
