The Research On The Quality Management Improvement In Changde Tobacco Factory

As a factory of China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Company,Changde Cigarette Factory manufactures the most important brand of the company.This cigarette brand has prosperous developed since which was established in 1994,depending on the high responsibility of all employees and the rigorousness of quality inspection system.As the brand scale increases and equipment upgrades gradually,existing quality management system is unable to meet the new situation.Single ma nagement tool and lagging outcome control have been out of keeping with rapid development.In order to adapt to the environmental changing and brands upgrading,progress must be made.This article researched on the enterprise quality control theories,comb ined its features on overall process,prevention,fact-based and continuous improvement.Based on the actual situation of Changde Cigarette Factory,this article used field investigation,data analysis and interview to understand its organization,analyze its current quality control mode.Using Comprehensive quality management approach and Six sigma theory as reference,this article confirmed the overall plan of new quality control mode of Changde Cigarette Factory,and offered several feasible suggestions,such as implementing by steps,analyzing protection mechanism and evaluating outcome.In order to improve quality management,we should optimize process,strengthen forward-looking ability,and establish a new management method to form a consciousness of "quality always comes first".At the same time,we should combine the current situation of Changde Cigarette Factory,make this new mode not only creative but also practical to fit future development better.This article finds out that no matter how reasonable a theory looks like,it always has irreconcilable risks,so as this new quality management mode.Dealing with various risks may happened,this paper offers security on instruments,personnel,system,innovation and skills,which avoid or reduce the harmful effects of changing management mode.We wish to use mode improving as an example,to motivate all staff to love work,love study and have more responsibility.This meets the need of increasing number of equipment,meets the need of technical in novation,and meets the target of putting quality in the top priority of production as well.At last,this research could help the company make progress on quality control,and could be studied by other cigarette factories.
