Performance management is a complete cycle of business management and staff performance work,in order to achieve the overall goal of enterprises and participation,including planning,performance guidance and communication,performance evaluation,performance appraisal,performance appraisal,performance goals in all aspects of progress.To enhance the overall performance of individuals,departments and enterprises through scientific and effective organization.Satisfactory performance management is a specific form of performance management and direct feedback effect,is a very important part of enterprise human resource management system,is an important means to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise,since the post of department specific objectives and personnel responsibilities,safety is an important means of management of enterprises to gain competitive advantage.ZY Trust Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "ZY trust")as a provincial non bank financial institutions,its stable development of the local economic situation is of great significance.At present,the development of the trust in the ZY environment,is also facing the effectiveness of performance management problems,the key is to solve the problem through reconstruction of performance management,optimize the incentive mechanism,improve staff efficiency and loyalty,so as to realize the backbone of the business team stability,promote the healthy development of the company.According to the implementation of ZY trust and performance management system,the actual use of other aspects of the performance management process,performance appraisal of the careful analysis,testing contents and standards,methods and procedures as well as performance evaluation results lead to problems and defects,reveals the negative effects have a significant impact on the enthusiasm and creativity of employees the problem is not conducive to business,the backbone of the team's stability,restricting the sustainable development of the ZY trust.Through a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of trust incentive mechanism and staff team building,through the Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal system,make full use of the Balanced Scorecard in the evaluation system ofthe ZY trust incentive function,to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,the company continued to promote the steady and healthy development.Through the job analysis and job evaluation,the responsibility of the Department job description system is formulated.The quantitative design and performance evaluation index of objective evaluation and comprehensive application are realized by using the Balanced Scorecard evaluation method.It solves the problems of ZY trust performance management,such as the subjectivity of evaluation index,the simple evaluation method and the one-time use of evaluation results.
