Research On Progress And Cost Management Of Chengdu Mobile LTE One-Room Project

With the continuous development of mobile communication technology,in recent years,there has been a continuous trend of development of mobile network standard,the popularity of Smartphone and the emergence of a large number of applications based on wireless communication.People not only have higher user experience requirements for outdoor wireless communication,but also have higher requirements for the quality of wireless communication in the indoor environment due to the higher and degree of informatization in modern life and their close relationship with production and communication Most activities related to everyday life are already happening in the indoor environment.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of indoor wireless coverage are increasingly valued.According to the research results of foreign operators relying on big data,there is a large amount of traffic and data traffic occurring in indoor scenes.Therefore,in order to meet the increasing demand for indoor communications and continuously improve user perception,building a high-quality indoor coverage environment and enhancing wireless coverage of indoor scenes have become the focus of attention and business development of domestic telecom operators.This article based on the current Chengdu mobile LTE indoor distribution system in the region to do the actual work,according to project management ideas and models of Shanghai Xinmin Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.bidding Chengdu Mobile LTE Phase I indoor distribution system construction(referred to as "Room Division Project")project research and analysis,combined with the author as a project manager of the actual work,choose from the perspective of progress and cost control analysis in the hope that the entire LTE project construction sub-project construction to provide favorable help.The full text is divided into six chapters,first of all,based on the research needs of the thesis,the background and significance,content and methods of the thesis are elaborated;then,the relevant theories and methods of the research are reviewed and summarized;This paper introduces the basic situation of the sub-project and proposes the necessity and importance of raising the project schedule and controlling the cost of the project.Then it discusses how to improve the first phase of the mobile LTE in Chengdu by using the network planning technology of the project schedule management Based on the ideas and methods of project cost management,based on the analysis of the cost of Chengdu Mobile LTE Phase I project,this paper puts forward the project cost control strategy based on the status quo of cost management and existing problems And initiatives;finally draws conclusions of the thesis.The research of this paper hopes to combine the theory and method of general project management with the communication engineering construction project that the author has practiced,and apply it to Chengdu mobile LTE room sub-project so as to provide some references for the project management activities of mobile communication engineering construction enterprises The construction of mobile communication projects in the region will contribute to the introduction of project management mode and strive to provide some valuable reference opinions in this research field.Meanwhile,it is also beneficial to achieve the meticulous management goal promoted by the construction of Chengdu Mobile LTE sub-project so as to be relevant,the improvement of project investment return and the contribution of high-speed and healthy development of mobile communication industry.
