The development of financial services using the Internet is a new type of financial model,and the traditional finance combines with the new field formed by Internet technology.In recent years,the development of Internet finance is very fast,at the same time,it has a profound impact on people's way of working and lifestyle.The four spirit of the Internet has brought about a new form of economic type,the traditional finance is suffering a huge impact,especially in the past business of commercial banks this piece.However,in a sense the relationship between Internet financial business development and commercial banks are coexisting,their mutual integration,mutual promotion,so the commercial banks are adjusting their business strategy,accelerate the transformation of the pace of development.M bank is now adopting the "big retail" strategy.The basic meaning of this strategy is "sharing,opening,equality and win-win"".The development of financial retail should be integrated into the "big retail" category according to the accounts of individual customers and the accounts of small and medium-sized enterprises in the financial business transactions.This can comprehensively reflect the contribution of the financial retail to the whole industry,and create a layered,three-dimensional,shared and win-win financial environment.M bank takes "big retail" as the main development strategy,and gradually realizes the three-dimensional,diversified,all-round development momentum.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the Internet development finance,analyzes the direction of its development and the situation,and the corresponding solutions.The trend of Internet finance affects the retail business of M bank.How to integrate the Internet financial trend and big retail business of M bank,and how to realize the common development strategy.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part,the introduction: the relevant background and significance,domestic and foreign literature review.The second part,the summary of Internet financial theory,the status of Internet financial development and theoretical basis of research.In the third part,the development of M big retail business in the background of Internet finance,M Bank in the context of the Internet financial business development practice,to get the big retail business development direction and transformation measures.The fourth part,the impact of Internet finance on M Bank's large retail business,revolves around the bank's three major businesses: assets,liabilities and intermediate business,and expounds the importance of M Bank's development of large retail business in the context of Internet finance.In the fifth part,taking the Bank of China as an example,this paper expounds the development of the big retail business by changing the mode of operation,making the Internet financial platform and creating the Internet financial team under the background of Internet finance.In the sixth part,the measures taken by M Bank to develop big retail business in the background of Internet finance are the summary and experience of Chapter 5 and draw the conclusion of this paper.Chapter 7 summarizes the main conclusions and shortcomings of this paper.Based on the current situation of Internet financial services both at home and abroad,combined with the evolution of Internet finance,how to innovate the Internet financial model and how to deal with the new form.
