At present,the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's modern life.The daily life of the network makes people's consumption demand increasingly pursue speed and diversification.In order to meet the needs of the people,the Internet finance represented by third-party payment platform,P2P,Internet financial management has appeared,breaking through the traditional financial model,and is rapidly popular with commercial banks.The increasingly fierce competition in banking business has gradually broken the monopoly pattern of banks on the financial industry,making the banking industry formally enter the era of meager profits.In order to cope with the impact of Internet finance,commercial banks began to actively study Internet finance,and found that it attracted a large amount of funds from the public with the help of inclusive characteristics,and opened up a new profit model.This phenomenon has changed the traditional management concept that commercial banks attach more importance to public than retail.Through learning the operation mode and thinking mode of Internet finance,advanced commercial banks have rapidly carried out business transformation and financial innovation,and have successively launched various new services such as Internet banking,mobile banking,mobile payment,electronic mall,science and technology financial products.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the transformation of retail business of small and medium-sized commercial banks.At present,Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank is undergoing business transformation and exploring the way of high quality and rapid development.This paper takes the Beibu Gulf Bank of Guangxi as an example,proceeding from the present situation of retail business of Beibu Gulf Bank of Guangxi,through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in asset business,liability business and intermediary business,and combining with the mode,basic theory,development trend of Internet financial business and the successful experience of advanced commercial banks in dealing with Internet finance,puts forward some pertinent suggestions for improvement.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the background,significance,method,content,technical route and innovation of the research.Secondly,it summarizes and analyses the research status of related fields at home and abroad,and briefly describes the related concepts,basic theory and development trend of Internet finance.Thirdly,under the background of Internet finance,the status quo,existing problems and the impact of Internet Finance on the retail business of Beibu Gulf Bank of Guangxi are analyzed in depth.Finally,drawing on the successful experience of advanced commercial banks at home and abroad in dealing with Internet finance and combining with the actual situation of Beibu Gulf Bank of Guangxi,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the retail business transformation from strategic positioning,product innovation,customer access channels,business model and other aspects,and provides some inspiration for the business transformation of other commercial banks.
