In recent years,under the ideal market conditions of loose regulation,free competition and capital pursuit,Internet finance has experienced wave after wave of barbaric growth,and the growth of scale and market expansion are irrepressible.With the rapid development of Internet finance along with the domestic finance industry open,interest rate marketization deepens and continues.Internet finance has its unique human-oriented service concept in the retail business area of the finance,contacting with consumer's life scene,digging deeply into consumer demand,and thereby offering convenient and low-cost personalized service to consumers.The rapid development of Internet finance also brings great challenges and shocks to the retail business of commercial Banks.During the time,the large commercial banks depend on the extreme large scale,the high market share,the unmatched capital replenishment capacity,the clear property rights,and the perfect corporate governance structure,so as to resist the impact of Internet finance.The small and medium-sized city commercial banks with relatively small size and low market share have been severely destroyed by the impact of the Internet on the finance sector,where the small and medium-sized city commercial banks are weakened by their intermediary role in retail business,and the customer base is eroded.In face to the challenge and the impact of Internet finance to the retail business of the small and medium-sized city commercial banks,they need to think about how to make use of Internet technology for innovation,including consolidating market foundation,resisting the impact of Internet finance and seeking further development.This paper takes the development of Internet finance enterprises as the background,and puts forward how to adapt to the times and seize the opportunity to transform the retail business of Bank of D,Beijing branch,a small and medium-sized city commercial bank.Firstly,through explaining a large number of domestic and foreign commercial banks retail business research and development status of literature,the paper analyzes and summarizes the successful experience of their retail business transformation.Secondly,taking the development situation of Bank of D,Beijing branch retail business as an example,this paper systematically presents the weaknesses and main problems in the transformation and innovation,then puts forward the suggestions and safeguard measures on the main issues.Finally,according to the development strategy research of Bank of D,Beijing branch retail business,the paper states the conclusion,deficiency and prospect of research.
