Study On Countermeasures For The Development Of Industry And Business Associations In Jiangxi Province

The industry and business association is an important force in the economic construction and social development.Since 18^th CPC nation congress,the center government and Jiangxi government are pushing the industry and business association reform,to promote the industry and business associations to become legally established,independent management,service-oriented,standardized management,self-discipline,and give full play to the positive role of Industry and Business Association in the economic construction and social development.This has provided new opportunities and new requirements for the industry and business associations.With the perfection of the socialist market economy system,the Industry and Business Associations of Jiangxi Province is developing rapidly,and developing an active effect of providing advice for government,servicing the development of enterprises,optimizing the allocation of resources,strengthening self-regulation and fulfilling social responsibility.But some industry and business associations have many problems,such as lack of independence,lack of personnel and capital shortage,lack of effective supervision,lack of capacity building and function absence.In order to provide a reference for promoting the development of the industry and business associations of Jiangxi province,through integrating theory with practice,literature research,questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,this paper reveals the difficulties and problems of the Industry and Business Associations,and gives five suggestions,such as tightening up the legal system,giving more support,strengthening its capacity building,establishing a cooperative relationship with government,establishing a integrated supervision system.
