This thesis mainly based on the investigation to the Zhenba County Tea Industry in ShaanXi Province, through the analysising to find out the tea industrial problems,reference to the foreignal tea industry then found out the current situation and the development of tea industry in Zhenba County,found out its have ecological advantages, market advantages,cultural advantages and good opportunities for development strategy for four advantages.however, there also had many problems,for example,there have less modern scale tea enterprises, market players lack leading abilities,modern standards of processing enterprises,which backward the development of industry chain,there have other problems such as capital investment shortage that lag of technology development and marketing talent shortage that market share degree was low and the resist and respond to natural risk issues such as lack of capacity.
