Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Binhai New Area Business Association

Following the innovation and reformation of the social organization management system,business associations,as a crucial section of social organizations,made their explorations on how to undertake the transfer of government’s functions;how to reconstruct the relationship between business associations and government;and how to achieve autonomy and other issues in accordance with the law.Binhai New Area has been trying and innovating in the area of business associations’ guiding,transformation and upgrading all the time.For the development of business associations,the government of Binhai New Area attempts to lower their registration threshold,and to optimize their regulatory model.After a brief introduction of the topic’s background and the main idea,this study has sorted out domestic and foreign scholars’ researches on the business associations,and set the overall framework.The author designed and released questionnaires among the 20 registered business associations in Binhai New Area.The study summarizes,compares and analyzes the survey questionnaires.Firstly,it proposes the problems faced by business associations,and classifies them into three categories,which are routine problems,development problems and reforming problems.The study also gives a detail analysis on business association’s administration system,its relationship with the government,and its grid construction.Finally,the study combines the actual situation of the Binhai New Area with the advanced experience of business associations around the world.The author suggested business associations to optimize their services,separate from the government,establish regulatory system,and strengthen Internet thinking.The core idea of the study is the reformation of the relationships between business associations and government.And it is crucial to find out the availability of transferring some of the government’s functions to the business associations,and to find a way to establish a joint regulatory mechanism between business associations and government.
