In the competition environment which is increasingly fierce,enterprise's marketing ability is very important.At present,the telecommunication market is becoming more and more saturated,and the customer demand and the competitive environment are changing significantly.Under this background,the inherent disadvantages of the existing marketing management system of A Telecommunication Company are becoming more and more serious,and need to be solved urgently.Based on this,this paper brought the grid thinking in which the customer service and market response efficiency are emphasized into the marketing management,and the construction of grid marketing management system of A Telecommunication Company is deeply studied.On the one hand,through the investigation to obtain relevant information,and the analysis of the current situation of A Telecommunication Company marketing management system,including the existing marketing pattern and the main content of marketing management,and the main problems existing in the current marketing management system and its causes are also analyzed.On the other hand,on the basis of analyzing the constructing background of the grid marketing management system in A telecommunication company,the paper has explored the principle and main content of the construction of grid marketing management system,the ensure of the grid size,the selection of the responsible person of grid,the performance appraisal of grid staff,the service efficiency of superior support,which are key points.On this basis,the evaluation model of the expected effect was designed,and evaluated the expected effect of the grid marketing management system of A Telecommunication Company,and then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from many angles which include the division of marketing grid,the selection of the grids' manager,the functional orientation of the county branch,the salary incentive mechanism,the breakthrough management,and the construction of information support platform,and so on.
