With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry, telecommunications companies launch many business. It brings fierce market competition. In this context,Y Company is in the lag marketing mode and low channel capability. Then, it reduced market share, declined profit margins.Learning from the successful experience of other telecommunications companies, vigorously promoting grid marketing,they can break marketing plight. on the basis of precise analysis of the internal and external environment of Y Company, this paper presents grid marketing project design guidelines and guiding principles, establishes grid marketing engineering design work aims and objectives. Emphasis is Y Company grid marketing project implementation measures, including mesh, full grid personnel, to integrated grid support, implementing controls, and so on. For powerful support marketing channel network grid of implementation, full guarantees network grid of application of benefits, four a guarantees measures are proposed:establish effective organization institutions strengthening project for control; strengthen human resources configuration and the incentive mechanism to ensure personnel configuration, and drive in place; develope full of system system, on project full process for supervision; introduce both at home and abroad advanced of network grid of marketing technology, for project of smooth for provides theory. In addition, marketing problems in the implementation of the grid are also analyzed, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Grid marketing measures proposed for Y Company to improve operations is important. It is also helpful for other telecommunications companies.
