Ever since the reform and opening up,being an important part in our country's economy,private enterprises have gained a rapid growth and largely promote the national economy.In the era of knowledge economy,the competiveness of enterprises determines their futures.It is an effective way to gain enterprises' competitive edge through integrating the inner resources.Due to the historical reasons of private enterprises in our country,there exist various disadvantages in private enterprises' human resource management.Being an indispensible element in modern competition,strategic human resource management has been laid much emphasis by enterprises' managers.On improving the competitiveness of enterprises,this new pattern of human resource management increases employees' studying ability as well as their technical innovation ability and guarantee the further development of enterprises and individual.This thesis analyzes the current situation and the problem existing in human resource management of Shenyang Yuanda Enterprise Group.Based on rational analysis of overall environment and SWOT Analysis,this thesis has combined classic cases in human resource management of enterprises at home and abroad,which exhibits the challenges and shortcomings in human resource management of CNYD as well.This thesis has depicted a clear picture of its future ideal human resource management along with the matching mechanism,relevant measures in implementation,evaluation and monitoring.Therefore,all the efforts can be developed into a complete human resource strategic system.
