Human resources service industry keeps on developing rapidly in China and there is a rat race with diversified situation in the market. SC Human Resource Co., Ltd. must choose an efficient competition strategy under the circumstance that homogenization trend of products and services is coming more and more serious in order to gain persistent competitive edge.This thesis comes to a conclusion that SC Company should not take cost leadership strategy and concentrated strategy but should take the differentiation strategy after studying the basic competition strategy theory, the blue ocean strategy theory, the business ecosystem strategy theory and the relevant literatures on company competition strategy and after analyzing on external and internal circumstances of SC Company.SC Company should implement its differentiation strategy in the following there aspects. Implementing different brand positioning and promoting tactics, trying to make a brand image of a one-stop human resource service supplier with integrative advantage. Establishing different product system in order to producing an integrative advantage of outsourcing, recruitment and training products, in order to promoting the development of clients’ human resource management level and achieving value innovation of clients, in order to integrating upper and lower companies in the human resource industry value-chain such as labor intermediaries and schools thus pushing the development of the business ecosystem. Finishing service system organization based on client classification, establishing an expert-typed customer service team.Five guarantee measures should be taken in order to ensure the effective implement of the differentiation strategy by SC Company. Building a corporate culture, which core are passion and efficiency, and creating a management and operation circumstance with specialization and professionalism. Establishing a flat and efficient organization structure, and achieving the change from separation to centralization of power in order to raising operation efficiency. Constructing the IORMS information system, and finishing the overall coordination of the customer, the product, the sales and the service in order to connecting the talent and the client and achieving the transverse and erect integration of the internal and external resources. Establishing normalized and standardized business process system so that working efficiency can be raised and working error rate can be lower by a large margin. Organizing versatile sales team and expert-typed service team in order to fully satisfying customers needs and creating and reserving value of the company.
