three rural development.The promotion of rural land transfer will help to integrate the scattered land in rural areas,change the existing status of cultivated land scattered in rural areas and promote relatively small.In the process of land transfer,the understanding of the transaction costs of circulation is not clear enough,which in turn increases the difficulty of land transfer,thus affecting the process of land transfer.Therefore,this paper chooses Pingliang City,Gansu Province as an example to analyze the transaction cost in the process of local rural land circulation.In this process,we find the problem and try to find a new solution to the problem,so as to find a new breakthrough in the local land transfer.Rural land transfer work smoothly,and further expand the scale of land transfer,improve the efficiency of land transfer.The first part of this paper makes a brief introduction to the background of the thesis,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,and
