A Study On The Circulation Of Rural Land Management Right And Its Market Allocation In China

With the rapid development of our economy, the rural land has been the focus the problem. In recently years a large number of rural residents out of employment, what have brought obstacles to achieve efficient use of rural land resources. Because the efficient use of rural land resources has important influence on the lives of rural residents and income, solving the question of not reasonable use rural land resources is the realistic problem which can’t be ignored. With more and more the rural land holders out of employment, the problems of market allocation of the process of rural land resources in China reveals that the smaller scale, market allocation of process behavior was not standardized and lack of risk system manifest. This paper is based on the existing in domestic and abroad researches of the rural land problem, and combines the institutional economics theories, such as institutional change and the theory of transaction cost. Through summary the market allocation situation of rural land resources in C hina, combined with the actual situation of the circulation process of the rural land market in our country analysis in view of the specific problems. And by the means of econometric theories on the impact of C hina rural land market in the allocation of factors of empirical analysis, combined with the experience of the development of the analysis results and other development the national summary, market allocation of rural land resources in China were summarized.Through this research, I summed up the main problems of C hina rural land resources market allocation in the processing. The existing situation caused by that the government is lack of corresponding service system and the lack of the allocation of land resources independent market intermediaries. The existing situation is that the scale of the rural land market in the allocation of resources is small and the differe nce between the different districts is large, the behavior is not standardized, the lack of risk management systems. By the application of econometric analysis of factors and the multiple regression models, obtains the influence of the factor analysis of C hina rural land resources market circulation. Combined with the research conclusion puts forwards on more targeted policy recommendations, and promoted the rapid development of the rural economy.
