Research On Risk Management Of SC Company Tasrail Project

As the main artery of the national economy,national critical infrastructure and mass transport position,the railway plays an essential role in China's economic and social development."Twelfth Five Year Plan" puts the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry as an important part of China to promote the transformation of traditional industries,this gives the railway equipment industry a new opportunity.But the reforming of Ministry of Rail ways and the declining of market demand bring big challenge.So improving the international competitiveness of the railway equipment industry,increasing Chinese railway equipment products in the international market share are the future direction and goals of development in Chinese railway equipment industry.But with the high returns,high risk comes.The big difference of culture and geography are the important risk point impacting the implementation of the project,but every exporting railway equipment enterprise must face it.So how to manage the risk in cross-border project and how to control various risk in the implementation of the project become the subject of more and more scholars.Based on the risk management theory,a typical case of cross-border projects--Tasrail of SC company is analyzed from the environment,process and particularity,and this paper identifies environmental risk,manage-mentrisk,technical risk,schedule risk,quality risk and communication risk,then it establishes the risk index of international project.Combining the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk assessment model is set up,and this paper also analyzes the main risk and its probability of occurrence in the implementation of the project.Finally,according to the conclusion of risk assessment model,the risk control strategies are also gave.The purpose of the research is through the analysis of Tasrail project providing a more comprehensive risk management framework for SC subsequent multinational projects,and constructing a risk evaluation way for the exporting railway equipment enterprise.
