Risk Management On The Reform Project Of Baosteel Fire Alarm System

In order to prevent the risks and decrease the unexpected expenses in the whole process of the project execution, risk management is introduced into modern project. It emphasizes on the active control of the project objective. As a result, it is important to build the risk management plan and to continuously control risks in the lifecycle of the project.Based on the present situation in study of project risk management at home and abroad, this paper firstly introduces the general idea of risk management of the reform project of Baosteel fire alarm system. And then point out the content, meaning and method of this paper. Secondly, through the definition of risk and risk management, the identification and measuring of project risk and the risk management of the reform projects of steel enterprises, this paper reviews the relevant theories and methods of project risk management and clarifies the importance and necessity of risk studying on the reform projects of steel enterprises. Thirdly, in connection with the background, execution and process of the Baosteel fire alarm system reform project, this paper analyzes the process and methods of risk identifying in the Baosteel project, also this paper summarizes and sorts out all kinds of risk factors according to risk identifying in the whole and special areas. At last, after surveying all kinds of risk factors, in connection with the reality of Baosteel, this paper makes the risk policy and plan. Based on the above research, this paper has established an effective risk analysis model and summarized the basic precautionary measures in the execution process of the reform projects.The risk analysis, risk measurement, risk decision-making, and risk prevention about the Baosteel Fire Alarm System Reform Project are not only applicable within Baosteel, but also has general applicability to other steel enterprises.
