Now China's economic development has entered a "new normal",High-speed growth is gradually transformed into a medium-high speed growth. In this case, how to improve the per capital income level is a big problem that our government must face.If the per capital income growth is not coordinated with economic growth,The huge contrast in the level of productivity and consumption will hinder the sustainable development of economic. As a result, people can not enjoy the outcome of economic development. And it is not good for shifting the economic development mode either.Along with the awakening of civic consciousness in recent years, labor conflicts is increasing, and the call for protection of labor rights are increasingly strong,so improve core labor standard has become increasingly urgent. But the comparative advantage of cheap labor resources played an important role in the china's economic development in the past decades,And the existing research results also showed that there is close relationship between he core labor standards and per capita income. So whether the raising of labor standards may have important consequences on determinants of per capita income is a problem that we need to be clear. At the same time, increasing per capita income and constructing a harmonious society had been raised to a strategic height by the CPC central committee.Improving core labor standards and coordinated with increasing per capita income have an important social significance, that is the focus of this paper. In this paper,we build up the Influence mechanism model of core Labor Standards for per capital income.Because the core labor standards include four different aspects which they respectively are banning child?against employment discrimination?banning forced labor?freedom of association and collective bargaining.so we not only investgate the impact of singal aspects,we also study the comprehensive effect of four different aspects when them work together. And furthe discusses its impact on domestic income gap on the basis of studying the core labor standard impact on a country's overall income level changes. The results of the empirical study shows that:banning child labor has a positive impact on growth of per capital income and narrowing the income gap,but banning forced labor, freedom of association and collective bargaining will have negative effect on it,as to against employment discrimination the effect was not significant. And the final comprehensive influence when four aspects of core labor standards work together is harmful to per capita income and narrowing the income gap in developing countries.
