Career management is an important content of human resources management of modern enterprises,which is to help employees to develop career planning and to help a series of activities of career development,including organizational management and self-management.Through career management,enterprises can have a thorough understanding of employees’ development aspirations and career interests,achieve the optimal allocation of human resources,improve employee satisfaction and loyalty,and reach an agreement between employee development goals and organizational development goals.Therefore,this can not only realize common sustainable development of enterprises and employees,but also achieve the goal of personal and organizational win-win situation eventually.Theory and practice about career management at home and abroad have a lot of achievements.Based on the theoretical research results,this dissertation,taking an example of China Construction Bank Shenzhen Development Centre,is to analyze the present situation and problems of implementation of employee career development management.Combined with empirical research,it finds that the main problems of staff career development system of the center include single employee career development path,obstructed staff promotion channel,imperfect staff appraisal mechanism,lack of systemic staff training,etc.On this basis,it designs the career development path,determining level qualifications,promotion management process,training management system of each path,aiming at technical personnel,business personnel and management personnel respectively.In the meantime,it puts forward to set up the professional skill appraisal system,performance appraisal system,information communication system,open competitive employment system and a series of security system,in order to ensure the implementation of improvement solution of employee career development system.Afterwards,the solution after implementation is expected to improve employees’ work ability,allocate corporate resources rationally,and promote the enterprise’s sustainable development.This research result of the article provides not only a train of thought to establish a perfect staff career development system for China Construction Bank Shenzhen Development Centre,but also a valuable reference for the construction of other enterprises’ staff career development system.
