History shows that a country's emergence as a world economic power,when accompanied by a national growth,both the formation and development of a multinational group of international competitiveness: the 19 th century,the rise of the German economy,the emergence of Siemens,Bayer and a number of well-known large companies;the 20 th century,the American economy began to dominate the world,Ford,DuPont and other large companies have begun to emerge on the international stage;World War II,the Japanese economy come from behind,Panasonic,Sony,Toyota and other big companies rapidly grow up;Samsung,Hyundai,etc.the growing influence of the enterprise Group marks the revitalization of the South Korean economy.Powerful business group is the basis for the country's economic rise,but it is representative of a large multinational enterprise group,only train a number of large multinational companies of their own in the global impact of economic activities in developing countries to get further enhanced.Today's worldwide business in the context of economic,information globalization,there is a clear international trend,international operating company became the world's economy and trade in the major business entities.Such changes and development trend of China's socialist market economy and enterprise development raised new issues and challenges,but also to the Chinese enterprises has brought development opportunities.Currently,many Chinese enterprises need to implement international business strategy to achieve international and domestic resources and market share,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and expand business scale,so that enterprises in-depth and wider participation in the competition and global integration cooperation.The internationalization of Chinese enterprises is inevitable road strip,but in Chinese enterprises to enter the international arena growing enthusiasm when,and how this road the way,is worth pondering.In this paper,Hunan Electric Group Co.,Ltd.for the case study,the first analysis of the external market environment and the company's internal resources,capabilities main advantage of the company's core products,combined with enterprise internationalization situation,pointed out the process of internationalization of the existingproblems and shortcomings,that lack of full-time professional market research and analysis,a clear international business process planning,unified product pricing mechanism and the profit distribution mechanism to adapt to the international market competition mechanism of human resource management and in-depth on the international business environment,dynamic understanding,but enterprises need develop their ability to obtain resources,cost control,risk control,resource coordination.Secondly,the process of internationalization of the company to develop a detailed implementation steps.Finally,according to the Hunan Electric safeguards its own development needs to be established.
