In recent years,more and more domestic and foreign advanced management theory is applied in the daily management of enterprises,of which the most widely application of performance management,performance management not only can make the enterprise to staff's work achievement measure and evaluation,also can cooperate with the salary system of staff motivation and mobilize the enthusiasm of the work,at the same time,in the performance management in the process,the enterprise and the staff will continue to explore their potential and advantages,and constantly improve the level of management and business skills,so as to improve the overall quality of the market competitiveness of enterprises and employees.In many theories of performance management,balanced scorecard theory as the most popular theory,action plan the financial indicators can be quantified and unquantified combination,the performance management of the whole aspect of departments and employees,and through the strategy map and balanced scorecard to the entire firm company level of performance management based on the strategic objectives,performance management and effectiveness of targeted is stronger,and enterprise annual strategic management and daily operation management combination,therefore,many large and medium-sized enterprises in the process of transformation and adjustment,generally using this method of performance management.Based on the theory of the Balanced Scorecard,firstly,the text analyzes the internal environment of the company,including the current situation of the development of the company and performance management present situation and the existence question;secondly Balanced Scorecard theory enterprise performance management for the design,and other key performance indicators performance management theory,the formation of the company based on the Balanced Scorecard performance management system BF idea of ??constructing;build on this basis,with a performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard;Finally BF company implemented the Balanced Scorecard-based performance management system safeguards.
