Research On Tactics Of Improving Service Operation Flexibility In Less-than-carload Logistics Enterprises From The Perspective Of Resource Integration

With the continuous development of the social economy,the traditional logistics service mode has been unable to meet the diversified needs of customers.The flexibility of service operation is considered to be an effective means to deal with the uncertainty of demand and the instability of service.Therefore,how to effectively improve the flexibility of service operation is very important for the Less-Than-Carload logistics enterprises.Resource integration requires enterprises to take customers as the center,integrate and optimize internal and external resources allocation,promote innovation of service product,improve service network and improve the service operation level of enterprises.This paper discusses the influence factors of service flexibility from the perspective of resource integration,which has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the relationship between the integration of resources and the flexibility of service operation is discussed through empirical research and case analysis.Firstly,this paper systematically reviews the related literature about resource integration,service operation flexibility and absorptive capacity;Secondly,the research hypothesis is put forward based on the theoretical analysis,the concept model of the impact of resource integration for the flexibility of service operation is established.;Then,we make an empirical analysis by SPSS21.0 about 120 effective samples which are collected.Discussing the relationship between information resources integration,tangible resources integration,relationship resource integration and service operation flexibility,and the moderating effect on the relationship between them through absorptive capacity.Finally,this paper combines the results of empirical analysis with specific cases,and proposes a promotion strategy about service operation flexibility from the perspective of resource integration.We can draw a conclusion by studying empirical and analysis case:(1)Information resources integration,tangible resources integration and relationship resource integration all have a positive effect on the service operation flexibility;(2)Information resources integration and relationship resource integration all have a positive effect on service remedies flexibility;(3)Absorptive capacity has a moderating effect on the relationship between information resources integration and service provision,service recovery flexibility,and the relationship between resources and service provision flexibility.Based on the above research conclusion,this paper proposes promotion strategy about service operation flexibility:(1)On the basis of information resources integration,strengthened the integration of tangible and relational resources to form a resource advantage,improving the service operation flexibility.(2)Enhancing the absorptive capacity of enterprise,improving the efficiency of enterprise resource integration,and then improving the service operation flexibility.This research enriches the related management theories such as resource integration,service operation flexibility and absorptive capacity,What's more,It has certain enlightenment for improving the service operation level of Less-Than-Carload logistics enterprises.
