Research On The Network Structure Of Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

The outline of 13th Five Year Plan in 2016 proposes to build the world-level city group centered around the capital Beijing,promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,and constantly adjust and optimize the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,thus driving the development of surrounding areas in a radiating way.The year of 2017 is the third anniversary of putting forward the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordination and Development Strategy.As one of China’s three major economic development strategies,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination development strategy has got remarkable achievement after three years.However,compared with the expectation when the strategy was put forward,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination development is far from achieving the desired effect.As a whole,all cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations are closely linked with huge potentials for development,but compared with those mature domestic and international urban agglomeration,the development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is not ideal enough.There are various problems between urban cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,such as industrial competition,waste of resources and lack of policy coordination.This paper summarizes theories,improves the existing gravitational model and potential model and forms a more perfect model,so as to better study the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Then an empirical research is conducted,and finally policy advice is given according to the relevant empirical analysis and combined with development of the status quo.Specifically,this paper first summarizes the research literature of urban agglomeration,regional coordinated development and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration at home and abroad and sorts out the relevant theories of urban agglomeration coordinated development and network structural analysis theory,including the central theory,growth pole theory,core-marginal theory,interaction theory,inter-city diffusion theory,point-pixel development theory and network development theory,etc,which are theoretical foundation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration coordination development.In order to study the network structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,it is necessary to determine the network nodes and determine the 13 network nodes needed for research.Through the analysis and summarization of the relevant research,the improvement of the gravitational model is put forward,the accessibility coefficient and the inter-regional industrialization coefficient are introduced,and the description of the city’s comprehensive "quality" is perfected.Based on the latest statistical data,the gravitational index and potential index of the cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Tianjin urban agglomeration are calculated.This paper adopts Ucinet software for central analysis and cluster analysis,puts forward a better way of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration according to the empirical results and combined with the status quo and existing problems,aiming to explore the way of coordinated development from the aspects of urban agglomeration,industrial division,transportation network,ecological space and urban agglomeration coordination mechanism,etc.
