Lean-based Construction Supply Chain Alliance Member Selection Research

Construction industry plays an enormous role in the improvement of people's livelihood,promoting development and social progress,what's more,is not only an important support for economic development conditions,but also an important material development of social security.In recent years,China's total investment in infrastructure leaps and bounds,but the problem of low investment efficiency has not been resolved.Related research has found that "construction process more than half of the waste in construction process is caused by poor management",In order to effectively improve the disadvantages,combining lean manufacturing management and supply chain management mode,formed the lean construction supply chain management mode has been widely applied in the construction industry,and has obtained the remarkable result.It is because the lean building supply chain management model applied to the construction project can greatly reduce the construction of the waste of resource,improve the efficiency of construction and management in the process of value.The strength of lean construction is at the lowest cost to maximize product value,thus makes the owner satisfaction,it focuses on the value stream of whole construction project,and pursuits the perfection in the process of project implementation.Statistics show that compared with the traditional construction project management mode,the lean construction supply chain management mode can effectively reduce staff,reduce inventory,save the duration of 10%,a 20% increase in earnings.The alliance of the lean architectural supply chain is composed of members,and the members are responsible for operation.The members of the lean construction supply chain alliance is selected to proceed from the project launch through open tenders in accordance with the requirements of project progress.The project management model based on lean construction supply chain is also mentioned in the research of domestic project academic journals,but only is some introduction about the process and implementation effect of this mode,and there is no in-depth analysis.For instance,how to select a better alliance member in the lean construction supply chain mode,how to set up a better bid evaluation index to select the project participants and so on.In the process of selection the members of lean construction supply chainalliance,there are three problems,the first is the design of the index system for members of the alliance,the second is the determination of the weight of index system of the members of the alliance,the alliance member selection and evaluation model.Based on the framework of lean construction supply chain management mode,this paper makes further exploration about the two problems,the solution of the above three kind of problems is the primary basic condition of the construction supply chain management of lean construction,which is the focus of this paper.
