Innovation of technology improves AEC industry, however, over-budget, over-schedule, quality problem and safety problem also remain happening to some extent,which mainly result from project organization management, on the other hand, the fierce competition in the construction market, fleeting opportunity and the trend of risk management and control to construction enterprise make cooperation become the realistic choice to many enterprise in the future. Construction Supply Chain Alliance is new management model meeting above the demands in which construction enterprise seize the opportunity, share the risk and take advantage of resource of every enterprise involved in the shape of dynamic alliance around a specific project so that advantage is complemented and win-win is achieved. Nevertheless, construction supply chain alliance is not playing its proper role in application for two reason, one of which is that the organization remains traditional model and the conflict among the participants is inevitable, and the other is that profit distribution is imperfect without intended motivation effect. While lean construction is aimed at reducing waste and satisfies the need of owners. Hence, it is necessary to combine lean construction and construction supply chain alliance and research the scheme of profit distribution.There are three parts in the thesis. Firstly, conjunction of lean construction and construction supply chain alliance is analysed to create lean construction and integrated lean project delivery after the relevant theory is elaborated. Secondly, the dynamic alliance is viewed as a social network so that the cooperation stability and effectiveness of information spreading through the network is evaluated with the index of network intensity entropy and network efficiency in Social Network Analysis. Thirdly, the risk of lean construction supplychain is categorized into inner risk and external risk and the profit distribution is based on the ability to share the risk. The Inner risk is evaluated by Social Network Analysis to calculate the proportion of inner risk and the external risk is analysed by Entropy and TOPSIS.The final section, the profit distribution program of integrated lean project delivery center on the integrated project delivery contract, which is the outcome of the interaction of ‘the initial contribution of member company’, ‘the profit allocation anticipation of member company’ and ‘the fact risk control of member company’ with two model, ‘the model of the initial contribution of member company’ based on Genetic Algorithm and ‘the model of profit allocation modification’ based on BP Neural Network, after the amount of contingency fee in the compensation structure of integrated project delivery contract of Integrated lean project delivery is determined. Profit distribution program is obtained every once in a while until the project is delivered to motivate the member enterprise from an overall project perspective.Therefore, there are two sections in the thesis, one part is how construction supply chain alliance is improved by lean construction, the other one is how the project outcome is distributed dynamically among construction enterprises involved in the alliance with the method of mathematical model based on the two organization characteristic in order to achieve the goal of improving project value and reducing waste.
