Market competition in the 21st century will not only exist between individual enterprises,but also between the supply chains.In order to win in the competition,we must strengthen the alliance with the supply chain from all suppliers,manufacturers and wholesalers of enterprises,optimize all aspects of the supply chain,and improve the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.After years of development,business scale of JIACHENG Car Company is constantly expanding.With the company's performance rapid development,the company's existing logistics management capabilities is a big challenge.This thesis focuses on automotive service chain in the logistics,distribution status of the operation,and existing problems,which are also combined with today's Chinese automotive service industry development chain and logistics industry.And by analyzing the actual situation car service chain,we try to explore for a car service chain,combining distribution with the latest technology to enhance the competitiveness of optimization methods.In this paper,JIACHENG Car Company,for example,for the company's supply chain accessories,we proposed JIACHENG Car Company's logistics management optimization mode.First,the background,purpose,significance,research status were analyzed.And the logistics and the management related to the theoretical basis of the logistics management are summarized.On this basis,the current industry situation and competition in the market of automotive after-market services are analyzed.And respected to the logistics management processes,storage areas,distribution links and information on other aspects of the logistics management,JIACHENG Car Company Situation and problems are analyzed.We find that JIACHENG Car Company logistics in promoting the efficiency of business operations,there have been some problems,such as not timely procurement,distribution efficiency and low cost,low turnover rate and volatile storage and so on.In the fierce competition in the market,JIACHENG Car Companies need to be more efficient,faster,more cost-effective logistics management system to support business expansion pace,the paper focuses on logistics management process optimization,inventory optimization ABC classification management,transportation and distribution optimization management,logistics management information systems and other aspects of the design optimization of JIACHENG Car Company logistics management optimization.Finally,we discuss how to strengthen JIACHENG auto logistics management optimization to safeguard on the optimization of the organizational structure and the construction of the logistics management system of internal control mechanisms.By analyzing the problems existing in its logistics management on JIACHENG Car Company,we provide specific recommendations and measures to improve the efficiency of the logistics management of JIACHENG Automobile Company,and to strengthen the company JIACHENG car's overall competitiveness.
