It integrates product planning, raw materialprocurement, inventory control, product distribution and order tracking and otherfunctions of the sector. Supply chain management system is a large software system,involving a lot of applications and systems, covering a wide range of softwarearchitecture, platforms and interfaces, which makes the supply chain system ofinternal integration and external integration becomes very complex.Warehouse management is an important part in Supply chain. In the tobaccobusiness systems, in accordance with the general requirements, cigarettes sold in the"first in first out" principle, the inventory information of cigarettes requires not onlyaccurate, but also requires the ability of each batch of goods for storage tracking andmonitoring, so the integration of RFID, digital tray, scanner and warehousemanagement system is very important, the cooperate with market system, distributionsystem is the key factor to coordinate with business and logistic.The main subject of the work and achievements include:(1) Based on the analysis of domestic and international supply chain management,the paper analysis tobacco business supply chain management the status, trends andbusiness requirements.(2) In accordance with the enterprise architecture design methodology, focusingon the concept of the system model, business architecture and warehouse managementbusiness processes, the paper designed the application architecture, data architectureand function model of warehouse management system.(3) With applying J2EE architecture, we complete warehouse managementsystem design and development. In accordance with SOA, we used Enterprise ServiceBus to integrate market system, distribution system, and RFID devices.
