The foundation of a country is the development of innovative enterprises,and whether the enterprise has the innovation ability is the key to the development of the targeted and purpose of the implementation of innovative enterprises and efficient training,to enhance staff awareness of the training,strengthen enterprise innovation,improve the whole enterprise training management system with the help of great significance,in the talent competition in the international market should be stable,innovative enterprises in our country the advantage of innovative enterprise situation,accelerate progress,strengthen enterprise's core competitive ability.For innovative enterprises,the main business gradually began to pay attention to the enterprise training work,in the enterprise management work,training work has become one of the most important work of enterprise management module and the overall work,has become an important goal and plan of enterprise management.The final performance of enterprises is closely related with human capital management,enterprise competition is the source of the lifting speed talent quality of enterprises,in today's global economy increasingly market-oriented,enterprise how to collect training needs,arrange training plan,develop training evaluation plan,implementation of training management effectively,will become the innovative enterprises in market competition in a key work.This paper discusses the innovative enterprise which has high value of research and training management of the enterprise,carried out a questionnaire survey on the current training situation of innovative enterprises,complemented by enterprise interview,grasp the innovative enterprises in Dalian training the first hand data,found that the main problems,namely,training management is not perfect,the main design of enterprise training management system is not perfect and complete,training the overall understanding of the one sidedness,the amount of training resources,training management and training for lack of planning,the joint process management problems,the causes of these problems is the lack of culture training,training organization,training resources and low efficiency,the guarantee is not perfect training process management process defect,the author combined with the characteristics of innovative enterprises and puts forward relevant solutions.And put forward targeted and workable countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the innovation of science and technology background,individual interviews and questionnaire survey methods through literature analysis,starting in the enterprise culture,training,learning and training resources and training team organization,management process four aspects,put forward four innovative enterprise development training management model,improve the countermeasures and suggestions for training management of innovative enterprises.The suggestions put forward in this paper to improve the training management of innovative enterprises will provide useful reference for the managers.
