Currently, the core of the Knowledge Economy is from Human Resource and Knowledge Capital. In variety of the resources in enterprise, the significance of Human Resource is much paid attention by enterprise. The development of any company depends on the excellent Human Resource and its Assignment. The most important content of HR management is providing the Best Employee for company to keep their competition and vitality. In the other words, the company should focus on how to seek the best employee, how to reserve employee and how to help the employee developing. Consequently, the Training for the employee is becoming the effective and important method of reserving and developing them for company.In the literature of many companies about training, most of them regard the training as the function of HR Management. Although they establish the theoretical training system according to the normal training program to ensure the operation, they could not find a way to make sure the correspondence between the Company Development and Employee Development. This thesis will try to analyze the Training System how to provide the service for the development of company and employee's development. We'll sort the different Training System according to the different requirements of company. And we'll analyze the Training Requirements Evaluation, Training System Establishment, Training Assignment Theory, Using Inner & Outer Training Resource, Training Practice Arrangement etc. All of them could make sure the Employee get the effective training about Skill, Standard, and Management etc. to achieve the profit between the employee's career development and Enterprise Strategic Development.This article is divided into six parts. The first part, introduce importance of training in enterprise, and structure of this article. The Second part, introduce the theory and conceptions of training system. In the third part, analysis the environment to enterprises training, through the analysis and contrast the difference of foreign enterprises and state owned enterprises, to research and find the weakness of state owned enterprises and private enterprises. The fourth part, introduce how to build up training system. Analysis the practice of training system built up in owned enterprises and private enterprises, summarize the questions of training system and the solutions to deal with the questions. In fifth part, brings forward that training system should combine the development of enterprise and the development of employee. It is the cores of this article. Analysis the training system in Mcdonald's, analysis that training system combine with the development of company and employee practice in Mcdonald's. Validate the training evaluation system is very important in system. As a summary, the sixth part, the last part of the whole text, is emphasizes that it is a long-term job to the construction and optimization of enterprises training.
