The Research On Urban Adjustment Of Fisherman Ashore

This paper is an empirical study on the urban adjustment problem of fishermen ashore.Fishermen are a special group,on the one hand,living in a relatively closed,isolated environment,fishermen formed their own unique language habits and cultural traditions;on the other hand,fishermen groups are in the long-term social security edge and face the difficulties of education,pension etc.In order to improve the quality of fishermen life,the Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction in 2013 issued a document named on the implementation of the ship to the fishermen ashore housing project guidance",and strive to use three years to complete the fishermen' ashore.The emergence of fishermen ashore is not only the result of project of promoting fishermen ashore,but also the traditional fishermen' production and lifestyle needing to change the epitome on the process of urbanization.This article focuses on the fishermen ashore,which is the real immigrant groups nowadays in the Chinese society.Through qualitative research methods to understand how they have experienced in the process of adaptation,find out what difficulties they have experienced,and what kind of adaptation strategies they have adapted.Finally from the government's Point of view,for the fishermen ashore to provide some policy advice,in order to help fishermen to better adapt to urban life.Through interviews,the author from the economic adaptation,social adaptation,psychological adaptation,cultural adaptation of the four dimensions to restore the " fishermen ashore " urban adjustment of the overall picture of the situation.The study found four main points: First,on the whole,"ashore fishermen" are experiencing from the incompatible to gradually adapting and from the passive acceptance to the initiative acceptance;Second,the economic adaptation is the primary problem and the point of achieve the transferring job smoothly.Third,the psychological transformation,cultural convergence and other aspects show a good adaptability.As for the relative heterogeneity of the fisherman culture in the city of the fishermen in the city,there are gaps in the situation of urban culture,also there are reservations,showing the trend of cultural coexistence;Fourth,there are differences in the adaptation of individual,due to individual factors,social capital factors,policy factors,fishermen in the city Adaptation is also uneven.In the paper,four aspects of policy recommendations are put forward: one is employment-centered,raising fishermen' income level and economic status;the second is to support the implementation of fishermen ashore follow-up protection work;three Is the community as a venue to promote fishermen with the residents of communication and exchange;Fourth,the principle of diversity to guide the fisherman's traditional culture and urban culture integration.
