As an indispensable part of human resource management,performance appraisal in the transfer of company strategy,improve the performance of employees,to ensure the execution of enterprises plays an irreplaceable important role,the execution of enterprises also depends on the performance evaluation system.To achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise so efficient performance appraisal system can make enterprise staff performance management level,enhance and better,if used improperly or system not implemented or executed,will make the enterprise performance management to lose his original value,therefore,has a strong practical significance to explore the design of performance appraisal enterprise staff system.MG company is a newly listed large manufacturing enterprise.In order to improve the overall performance evaluation level of the company,it should start from its key production department.Based on MG manufacturing core production department in the company as the research object,the theory of human resource management and related BSC and KPI based on the theory,in-depth analysis of performance management problems of MG company,trying to find out whether there MG company performance management and corporate strategy of discrepancy,and summed up the problems need to be solved and to establish a set of KPI as the core of the performance evaluation index system.In the design process according to the problems of the MG,with the help of modern performance appraisal methods and tools,card gradually decomposition of company level KPI department level KPI and level KPI personal use of key performance indicators and balanced scorecard,index weights are determined by using empirical method and weighting factor method,construct a complete set of performance appraisal system.The results will set the performance target value and implementation of performance system were analyzed.Finally,from the full participation,cultural promotion,salary mechanism,performance communication and other aspects of the establishment of a series of security measures,to provide a certain reference value and significance for the design of performance evaluation system for other domestic manufacturing enterprises.
