After China's accession to the WTO,the competition situation in the pharmaceutical industry is becoming increasingly severe,and how to build the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the most concern of many pharmaceutical enterprises.Y has been in the pharmaceutical industry for many years and has a high profile in the industry.Like other companies,Y has paid too much attention to the development of the market in the past few years,and to a certain extent neglected the building of competitive ability within the enterprise.With the company's horizontal expansion and vertical deepening,the company's employees are becoming larger and larger,especially after the listing of the company,and its scale has been expanded to a greater extent.However,the following problems are gradually increasing,the enthusiasm of employees is not high,the operation of enterprises and other problems gradually appear,the original performance management system has been difficult to support the development of the company.Based on the current situation and long-term development of the company,it is necessary to change the current performance management system.In this study,the first is the research background,purpose and significance,research status,research ideas and methods are expounded;the second is to establish the theory and related research methods and theresearch;again is a field study of Y company,analyzes the existing problems in performance management system and its causes and believes that the reform of performance management system is necessary and feasible;the fourth is based on the existing problems,under the guidance of the relevant theory,establishing Y balanced scorecard performance management system based on;fifth is to improve the performance management system in real time to provide relevant security recommendations,and briefly evaluates the implementation effect.Finally,the summary of this research,and the direction of follow-up research.There are many kinds of performance appraisal methods,such as360 degree performance appraisal,target management,key performance indicators,etc..This study believes that the balanced scorecard is the most suitable for the actual situation of Y company.The Balanced Scorecard through financial,customer,internal processes,learning and growth in four dimensions,indicators of the depth of decomposition,effectively take into account the financial indicators and non-financial indicators,the reasonable coordination relationship short-term goals and long-term development.And the performance management system based on the balanced scorecard has a good effect in the implementation of Y company.The preliminary judgment of this performance management system reform is in line with the requirements of the company's strategicdevelopment.The construction of performance management system is a system engineering,the research of Y company,to a certain extent,enrich the research on performance management of Chinese scholars,but also provides reference for the relevant enterprises performance management system reform.
