The CPC central committee and the state council attach great importance to the problem of income distribution.The 18th national congress of the communist party of China,the third and the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee all make requests in income distribution area,so study and discussion on wage increase of enterprise staff conform to the basic thoughts of improvement people's livelihood of the CPC central committee and the state council.In the meantime,with the increasing perfection of market economic system,the provincial economy of Fujian maintains healthy and sustainable development,especially,GDP and fiscal revenue maintain high growth.“Share the fruits of reform and development" became a strong voice and inevitable requirement of enterprise staff.Thorough analysis and research on the present situation and problems of wage growth of enterprise employees in Fujian province,can provide reference for decision to relevant government departments,promote the healthy development of labor relations,and maintain social harmony and stability.Therefore,this paper focuses on the salary growth of workers in Fujian province,aims to study the main problems and influencing factors in the growth of staff and workers' salary,in turn to provide the policy-making reference to the government departments to promote the salary growth of the workers of the enterprises.This paper applies the theory of marginal productivity wage,collective bargaining theory,new public management theory,select the national statistical yearbook and the statistical yearbook of Fujian from 2006 to 2015,and China's economic and social development statistics database,select the provincial and international panel data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government as a base,comprehensively analyze the current situation of workers,wages and their growth in Fujian province,it is found that the wages of workers in Fujian province still exist the problems:The level of wage growth of staff and workers is not commensurate with the level of economic development,the minimum wage adjustment is not high,the income gap between workers in different industries in Fujian province is widespread,and there is still a gap between Fujian and the national income level.On this basis,the paper adopts the method of statistical analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis,from the employee's individual level,the economic level,the institutional level,the labor game level,investigates and analyzes on the influencing factors of workers' wage growth in Fujian province,lucubrates crucial factors of professional skills of employee,social labor productivity,urban employment rate,minimum wage system,collective wage negotiation system,economic benefit of enterprise,and analyze the influence factor of worker wage growth in economic level in Fujian province by using grey correlation theory.Finally,based on the analysis of the main methods of wage growth of domestic and foreign enterprises,sum up the advanced experience at home and abroad and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the wage growth of workers and workers in our province of establishing and improving relevant laws and regulations and rules on wage growth for enterprises,strengthening supervision and administration of labor quotas,energetically carrying out wage collective consultations,strengthening guidance on adjusting the wage growth of enterprises,in order to provide reference for government departments.
