Research On Risk Management Of Sinosteel International Project Contracting Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

2013,our country put forward to build economic belt "silk road" of the great strategy,greatly promoted the pace of Chinese enterprises "going out",especially promoted the mineral development,civil engineering construction,the development of high-end manufacturing industry,the strategy of "One Belt And One Road" give full play to our country in railway construction,infrastructure construction,engineering construction and the advantage of communication structures,with the deepening of the strategy implementation,civil engineering construction will increase the total international engineering contracting,in to seize the opportunities brought by national strategy at the same time,companies also need to face the risks in international project contracting projects.This paper takes the international engineering contracting business of Sinosteel as the research object,the Sinosteel risks in international project contracting business has carried on the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,through the "area" under the strategy of international engineering contracting business analysis,international project contracting industry analysis,and the international engineering contracting business status quo analysis of the international steel,come to the conclusion that Sinosteel main face "area" under the background of macro international project contracting risk,the international project contracting industry produce medium international project contracting risk,the company own cause micro international project contracting risk.In the international engineering contracting business of concrete,the article established the Sinosteel on international engineering contracting business risk evaluation model,select a project risk assessment analysis of Algeria.Aiming at the Sinosteel in international engineering contracting business risks to make the appropriate response,at the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the international project contracting risk management system,put forward some Suggestions.In this article,through the study of Sinosteel international project contracting risk and the establishment of a series of risk response,looking forward to other companies within the industry of international project contracting risk aversion and guidance for the long-term development.
