| The underground pipe gallery is the most effective way to solve the various thorny problems in the city.It is an important tool to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city and it’s the inevitable choice of urban development.The underground pipe gallery needs too much money during the process of construction and operation,the capital problem is the main reason for the slow construction of underground pipe corridor in China.There are a series of problems such as single financing,lack of financing channels and unbalanced financing structure in the process of financing.In order to promote speed of underground pipe gallery’s construction,we must solve the financing of underground pipe gallery.First of all,I analyzed the financing modes commonly used in China’s infrastructure in this paper.I summarized the advantages and disadvantages of PPP,BOT,BT,TOT,ABS financing modes and the use scope of each financing mode.Secondly,I analyzed the development status and financing mode of the underground pipe gallery and I summarized the problems existing in the financing process of underground pipe gallery project in China.Then I used analytic hierarchy process,DEMATEL method and extension superiority evaluation method established mathematical model of underground pipe gallery selection,using the qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the financing mode of underground pipe gallery.The weight of each index is preliminarily determined by the analytic hierarchy process,next I selected the main influencing factors of the financing mode of underground pipe gallery by DEMATEL method,then I calculated each index by using the AHP and DEMATEL method.I calculated the optimal degree of each financing mode by extension superiority evaluation method;Finally I researched liupanshui city underground pipe gallery project and demonstrated that the financing mode of underground pipe gallery’s model is reasonable and feasible. |
